Refund Policy

At TCW Supplies, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
